Peace of Mind
I'm starting school tmr!I'm so excited :) I have no plans today. I just feel like crusing and pampering myself before I start schooling tmr and well, I thought of blogging this morning when i woke up.
Today after my morning prayers,thoughts racing fast through my mind. Its stressful!I'm left with a few more hours before I start schooling. I need to get up on my feet and move on. I HAVE TO DO IT!
All of us live in a very stressful world. And the child within us is often afraid. Yet, despite what is going on in our lives,it is possible to find the place within that is powerful and loving and knows there is nothing to fear.
Majority of us hear only the voice of doom and gloom.The negative character in our minds pulls us down and makes us vulnerable. It makes us want to control everyone and everything around us. The voice within us, on the other hand, can soothe our fears by letting us know that we are safe and that we can handle anything that happened to us in life.
I'm just writing this entry to tell all that at times we need to read, write or hear comforting words. Reading them daily or again and again, will ultimately replace the negative thoughts in our mind. We doesn't have to believe on those words for them to have a powerful effect. Just read it over and over gain and they will automatically in our mind and hopefully, all of us will find ourselves moving into a more peaceful state of mind. I've tried it and I made it. I am ready for tomorrow ;)
